1. ~ Directions ~
   

Water Mill is a picturesque small hamlet between Southampton and Bridgehampton.

From the Long Island Expressway, take Exit 70 (Manorville) SOUTH to Sunrise Highway (27) EAST.  Soon after you arrive in Southampton, Sunrise Highway will merge into one lane and then end.  Turn LEFT onto Montauk Highway (heading EAST) and continue about one mile, going through “downtown” Water Mill (you’ll see a windmill in the middle of the hamlet green -the actual water mill is at the local museum!).  After you leave the downtown area, you’ll see Warren’s Garden Center and then The Green Thumb Farmstand on the RIGHT.

The next building on the RIGHT (south side) is Hampton Coffee Company!  There is plenty of convenient parking right out front and in our parking lot.  Please park legally.
