Since 1994, Hampton Coffee Company® has been selecting only the finest Arabica coffee beans from the world's green coffee markets to be custom roasted daily in our roasting facilities. We package them in foil bags to maintain freshness and ship them direct from our roasting room on the same day, so the coffees you receive are guaranteed to be at their peak of freshness. Whether you are order a pound of French Roast for yourself or are one of our long-time wholesale customers ordering thousands of dollars worth of our coffees each week, the quality of the product you receive and the way we treat you is always top notch. And even though we spare no expense in providing our customers with the best coffee around, you'll find we do all this at very competitive prices.

 

Hampton Coffee Company's® reputation is built upon the quality and freshness of our fine coffees. However, our customized sales and service is just as important to our success. We encourage our customers to create their own custom blends which we will roast to order and can private label for our wholesale clients all over the world. In addition, we support the sales and distribution of coffee equipment which can be used to display, grind, or brew our freshly roasted coffees. We spend the time to assist you in educating yourself and your customers about these fine coffee and how to get the most from their inherently rich flavors.

  You are invited to visit our Company Roastery located on Montauk Highway in The Hamptons adjacent to our popular Espresso Bar, Full-Service Café, and Fresh Juice Bar in Water Mill. Watch us roast while you enjoy a cup of any of our fine coffees (at least five different varieties are offered each and every day in our store) or espresso. Then take home a pound or two of your favorite blend to enjoy with any of our freshly baked savories! (Please call (631) 726-2633 to arrange for a tour and to come to watch the roasting. Tours are usually held on Wednesdays.)

About Our Coffee

The finest estate grown coffees...fresh roasted daily!

 

Highest Quality Coffees. The quality of the green coffee bean is a critical ingredient to the taste of the final product. Coffee is a product of how it is grown -soil conditions, elevation, and climate differentiate the coffee bean's final flavor. Hampton Coffee Company® begins with Arabica beans from the finest plantations around the world. These are the most flavorful coffees because they are grown at a higher altitude where crops grow smaller and more slowly, giving coffee more concentrated flavor and aroma.

 

Small Batch Artisan Roasting. Our Roastmaster roasts in small batches so that each coffee varietal can be individually roasted to raise its unique flavor characteristic. Our coffees are roasted a bit darker than most coffees here in the East, so that the full flavor potential is realized.

 

A Word About Freshness. Since we roast our coffee daily to meet our needs, we do not need to use vacuum-packed bags employed by others with less frequent roasting schedules. We recommend that you purchase your coffee every week and grind it yourself just before brewing. To preserve freshness, store your coffee in the smallest practical airtight container.

Positions currently available in: WATER MILL & WESTHAMPTON BEACH

Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor. Hampton Coffee Company is looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, and dedicated individuals for career track managerial positions in our Long Island café & espresso bars located in the suburbs of New York City in some of the most desirable communities in the world. Our Long Island locations in "The Hamptons" are home to the world's rich and famous, many of whom are our customers!

Candidates should have 1-5 years comparable experience motivating and directing a staff of up to 25 employees. Restaurant experience and knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early morning and night shifts with substantial overtime during the peak season. Candidates must be willing to learn our business and be extremely customer-oriented, friendly, and be able to accept constructive criticism. Managers must be able and willing to perform all the duties of a front counter person and be willing to take on different challenges in a fast-paced retail/restaurant environment. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person interested in making a long-term commitment to our company.

Shift Supervisors report to the Assistant Manager and Manager. They must be highly customer focused, have the ability to motivate a team, and be interested in helping the company grow. They are responsible for serving customers, following health and safety policies, and keeping the store clean and maintained. Shift Supervisors will assist in the development and training of Front Counter/Barista staff members and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assistant Managers work alongside the Store Manager to assist in maintaining a high quality of store operation, analyzing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of our products. They assist in leading and recruiting the team and in the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Store Managers report directly to the District Manager and Company Owners. Their main role is to maintain a high quality of store operation, analyze financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the quality of our products. Store Managers lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. They will support, implement, and communicate company policies, processes, and procedures to all staff. The role involves the recruitment, training, and development of high performing teams. Store Managers act in lieu of the Company Owners in various situations and take part in community organizations and events on behalf of the company.

Hampton Coffee Company offers all its employees a generous hourly wage or salary and the ability to participate in our benefits program after three months of employment. All employees also receive substantial food and coffee discounts and regular wage increases based on performance and merit. Front Counter/Barista. Hampton Coffee Company is looking for several detail-oriented, hard-working, and dedicated individual for both full-time and part-time positions in our Long Island café & espresso bars located in the suburbs of New York City in some of the most desirable communities in the world. Our Long Island locations in "The Hamptons" are home to the world's rich and famous, many of whom are our customers!

In the past, we have hired people from England, Ireland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia, Hawaii, and elsewhere for these positions. This is a great position for exchange students with a very strong or fluent knowledge of the English language and superb conversation skills or local college students! High school students with a flexible schedule and a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.

Front Counter people should be available for both opening and closing shifts and weekends and be dependable and willing to learn. Front Counter People work the register and handle money, interact with customers, make espresso and coffee drinks, bake muffins, croissants, and scones, prepare light food items like soups and sandwiches, clean, sweep, mop, and stock items throughout the day. Candidates must be able to handle several tasks at a time and be very neat able to keep their area clean. Prior restaurant, take-out, retail, or similar experience is a big plus.

Commissioned Sales Person or Distributor. This is an amazing full or part-time opportunity for the right individuals or established company! Hampton Coffee Company is currently screening experienced candidates for several exclusive sales territories to sell and market our award-winning super-premium estate grown specialty coffees. Our rapidly expanding wholesale division is looking for independent contractors to continue to expand our restaurant, food service, and supermarket accounts which currently include many of New York's top and well-regarded food establishments.

This is an out-of-store independent contractor position and a great opportunity for current salespeople to increase their income or be able to work from home. Hampton Coffee Company offers a generous commission program and limitless growth. Available territories still available include: Suffolk County, Nassau County, New York City and surrounding boroughs, Northern New Jersey, Westchester County, and Southern Connecticut (the preceding are available for restaurant sales only; retail sales territory already awarded.), north of Connecticut to Maine, and south of Virginia to Florida, including North Carolina.
